Why Sampliful?

We are on a mission to make product discovery smarter, more personal, and more rewarding for everyone involved. At Sampliful, you won’t be a cog in a corporate machine. You’ll be part of a tight-knit, high-performing team that moves fast, thinks big, and genuinely cares about the work it puts out into the world.

We’ve grown from a scrappy four-person start-up in a Shoreditch co-working space to a 180-strong team spread across London, Dublin, Paris, and Berlin — and we’re just getting started. If you want to build something meaningful, grow faster than you thought possible, and work with people who will push you to be your best, Sampliful might be the place for you.

Our Values

Everything we do at Sampliful is shaped by a set of values that aren’t just words on a wall — they are the way we hire, the way we make decisions, and the way we treat each other.

01 Be Genuinely Curious

We ask why before we ask how. We dig into data, challenge assumptions, and never accept ‘that’s how it’s always been done’ as an answer. Curiosity is what keeps us ahead.

02 Move with Urgency, Not Panic

We’re a growth company, and pace matters. But speed without thoughtfulness leads to mess. We move quickly, make decisions with the best available information, and course-correct without ego.

03 Own It End to End

We don’t throw problems over the fence. If you see something that needs fixing, you fix it. Every person at Sampliful is trusted to take ownership of their work and see it through to the outcome.

04 Be Radically Honest

We give direct, kind, and timely feedback — upward, downward, and sideways. We don’t let discomfort get in the way of truth. Honest conversations are how we grow, as individuals and as a company.

05 Win Together

Our biggest achievements have always been collective. We celebrate each other’s wins, step in when a colleague is stretched, and never let internal politics get in the way of doing what’s right for the team and the business.

06 Build for Tomorrow

We make decisions with longevity in mind — for our technology, our culture, our planet, and our people. Short-term thinking is the enemy of the company we want to be.

Life at Sampliful

Where We Work

Our headquarters are in Shoreditch, East London — a five-minute walk from Old Street station. The office is open five days a week and most of the team is in at least three days. We trust people to work in the way that makes them most effective, and we don’t micromanage attendance. We also have hub offices in Dublin, Paris, and Berlin for our European teams, and a small number of fully remote roles for the right candidates.

How We Work

We work in cross-functional squads organised around product areas and commercial outcomes. Engineers, designers, marketers, and commercial managers sit together, ship together, and own outcomes together. There are no long approval chains. If you have a good idea, you’ll have the space and support to test it quickly.

We run fortnightly all-hands meetings, quarterly team offsites, and an annual whole-company retreat (previous destinations include Lisbon, Dubrovnik, and the Scottish Highlands). We believe in celebrating progress, not just outcomes.

Learning & Development

We invest seriously in the growth of our people. Every Sampliful employee has access to a personal learning and development budget of £1,500 per year, which can be spent on courses, books, conferences, coaching, or anything else that makes you better at your craft. We also run an internal mentorship programme, bi-weekly lunch-and-learn sessions, and a dedicated leadership development track for senior individual contributors and managers.

Benefits & Perks

We believe great people deserve great packages. Here’s what being a Sampliful employee looks like:

💰  Competitive Salary: We benchmark against top-quartile market rates and review compensation annually. We are transparent about our pay bands and committed to closing gender and ethnicity pay gaps.

🌱  Equity for Everyone: Every permanent employee receives an EMI share option grant. We want the people who build Sampliful to share in its success — all the way from intern to C-suite.

🏥  Private Health Insurance: Fully funded private health and dental insurance through Bupa, including mental health support, from day one of employment for you and your partner.

📅  Flexible Holiday: 35 days of paid annual leave (including bank holidays), plus an additional day for every year of service, up to a maximum of 40 days. We mean it when we say take your holiday.

👶  Enhanced Parental Leave: 26 weeks of fully paid maternity leave and 8 weeks of fully paid paternity/partner leave, regardless of gender, with a phased return-to-work programme.

💻  Home Office Budget: A £750 one-time budget to set up your home workspace the way you need it, plus a £500 annual technology refresh allowance.

🚇  Travel to Work: Interest-free season ticket loans, the Cycle to Work scheme, and subsidised electric vehicle charging at our Shoreditch office.

🍽️  Free Lunch & Snacks: Catered lunches in the office three days a week, a fully stocked snack kitchen, and a monthly £50 Deliveroo credit for days when you’re heads-down at home.

📚  Learning Budget: £1,500 per year for courses, conferences, books, or coaching. Plus a library of O’Reilly, LinkedIn Learning, and Coursera licences for the whole team.

💪  Wellbeing: Free access to the Headspace app, a subsidised gym membership through GymFlex, and four dedicated mental health days per year that don’t come out of your holiday allowance.

🎁  Free Samples: Obviously. Every Sampliful employee receives a monthly curated sample box of products from our Brand Partner portfolio. One of the undisputed best perks in the business.

What Our Team Says

Don’t take our word for it. Here’s what some of the Sampliful team have to say about working here.

“I joined Sampliful as a junior data analyst two and a half years ago with no start-up experience. I’ve since been promoted twice, led a major platform migration, and had my ideas actually implemented at scale. The level of trust and responsibility you’re given here is unlike anything I’ve experienced before.”
— Aisha Okonkwo, Senior Data Analyst • 2.5 years at Sampliful

“The culture of feedback here is real, not performative. My manager gives me straight, honest input every week and I’m expected to do the same back. It was uncomfortable at first but it’s made me a significantly better marketer and a better manager myself.”
— Tom Beckett, Head of Performance Marketing • 3 years at Sampliful

“As a working parent, the flexibility Sampliful offers has been genuinely life-changing. The enhanced parental leave when I had my second child was fully honoured without any awkwardness, and the four-day return-to-work transition period was handled with so much care. It’s a company that actually walks the talk.”
— Nadia Thornton, Brand Partner Success Manager • 4 years at Sampliful

“I came from a large agency where I felt like a very small part of a very large machine. At Sampliful, what I build ships to three million users. I can see the direct impact of my work every sprint. That visibility is addictive in the best possible way.”
— Ravi Desai, Senior Software Engineer • 18 months at Sampliful

Our Hiring Process

We respect your time and aim to run a hiring process that is transparent, efficient, and two-way — you should be evaluating us just as much as we are evaluating you. Here’s what to expect:

Step Stage What to Expect
01 Application Submit your CV and a short cover note to careers@sampliful.com. We read every application personally. You will receive an acknowledgement within two business days.
02 Initial Screen A 30-minute video call with a member of the People team. We’ll introduce Sampliful, talk through your background and motivations, and answer any initial questions you have.
03 Hiring Manager Interview A 45-60 minute interview with the hiring manager for the role. This is a deeper conversation about your experience, how you work, and how you would approach the specific challenges of the position.
04 Skills Assessment A practical task relevant to the role — typically a take-home exercise or a live working session. We keep these short (no more than 90 minutes of actual work) and we always provide detailed feedback regardless of outcome.
05 Final Interview A panel interview with two or three senior members of the team, including at least one person outside your immediate function. We’ll explore values fit, working style, and give you dedicated time to ask us anything.
06 Offer We aim to move from final interview to offer within five business days. All offers are made verbally and followed up in writing. We are happy to discuss and negotiate on any element of the package.

We commit to giving every candidate personalised, written feedback after any assessed stage, regardless of whether we progress their application. We know job hunting is hard, and we think it’s the right thing to do.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

We know that the best products are built by diverse teams, and we are serious about creating an environment where people from all backgrounds can do their best work and advance their careers.

Some of the commitments we have made as a company:

  • We use structured, criteria-based interviews and blind CV screening to reduce unconscious bias in our hiring process.
  • We publish our gender and ethnicity pay gap data annually and have set public targets to close gaps by 2027.
  • We partner with organisations including Coding Black Females, Women in Tech UK, and Evenbreak to reach a broader and more diverse candidate pool.
  • Our Employee Resource Groups — including Sampliful Pride, the Parents & Carers Network, and the Multicultural Community Group — are employee-led and budget-supported.
  • We offer flexible working arrangements as standard, not as an exception, recognising that rigid 9-to-5 structures disadvantage many talented people.
  • All employees complete unconscious bias training and inclusive leadership modules as part of onboarding, with refresher sessions annually.

Sampliful is an equal opportunities employer. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership status, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.
